Whyte & Mackay, has announced the launch of a new Signature
Series expression, from its Jura single malt Scotch whisky brand.
Jura 14 Year Old American Rye Cask (40% ABV) was initially
matured In American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before being further matured
in hand-selected American rye whisky casks.

This latest release which follows on from Jura’s Signature Series Rum Cask bottling in 2021, is said to deliver notes of citrus, vanilla, mango, fresh mint and crushed almonds on the nose. Followed by notes of toffee apple, pecan pie, cinnamon, honey, cacao and hazelnut on the palate.

Jura 14 Year Old American Rye Cask, will start rolling out
to specialist retailers later this month, for a RRP of £42.00.
