Ian Macleod Distillers, has today announced the launch of the latest Cigar Malt expression from its Speyside based Tamdhu Distillery.
Tamdhu Cigar Malt III (53.8% ABV) is a single malt Scotch whisky, which has been matured in first-fill European oak Oloroso Sherry casks.

Each cask in this latest release has been carefully curated, ensuring the wood has a strikingly robust character, capable of matching the opulence of a premium cigar.
Tamdhu Cigar Malt III, is said to deliver notes of gingerbread dipped in honey, panna cotta, sherry-dipped raisins, malt biscuits, apricot jam and rich praline.

Tamdhu Cigar Malt III, will be available later this month from specialist retailers, for a RRP of £225.
