The Yukon, Canada based Two Brewers, has announced the UK launch
of its latest single malt whisky.
Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky - Release 35 (46% ABV)
has been produced using a marriage of whisky distilled from fourteen different
mashes, and matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Virgin oak casks - for
at least eight years.

Having founded the craft brewery Yukon Brewing in 1997, company founders and friends Alan Hansen and Bob Baxter, purchased a still in 2009 to take their craft brewing journey to the next level.
Applying their brewing expertise, Two Brewers is distilled
in small batches using different fermentation techniques and a mix of barrels.
By exploring different production methods no two releases are the same, and
each has a unique character of its own.
This latest release, which is the brands first whisky to be released
in the UK, was bottled in August 2022, and is limited to 132 numbered bottles.
Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky - Release 35, is now
available from selected specialist retailers in the UK< including Lincoln
Whisky Shop, Gauntleys of Nottingham and The Whisky Exchange, for a RRP of
£90.00.
