Brown-Forman, has announced the launch of its latest Woodford
Reserve Master’s Collection Batch Proof bottling.

Edition (59.2% ABV) is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon, produced by blending
barrels into a batch and then bottled at its actual proof. The whiskey was made using the same mashbill as the brands signature bourbon.

This latest release in the annual limited-edition series, is said to celebrate Master Distiller Chris Morris and Assistant Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall and their commitment to craftsmanship.
Commenting on the launch, Chris Morris, said: “Barrels drawn
from the first floors of our heat-cycled warehouses routinely possess lower
proof presentations due the more relaxed angel share process found there. This
batch had more of these barrels in its composition, and therefore a lower batch
proof presentation than past releases.”

Edition, will be available later this month from select specialist retailers,
for a RRP of $129.99 – 750ml.
