Blue Run Spirits, has announced the launch of a new small batch Kentucky
straight bourbon whiskey.
Blue Run 14 Year Old (56.5% ABV) which was produced using
barrels selected by the brands Liquid Advisor, Jim Rutledge, was recently named
Best Small Batch Bourbon, aged 11 Years and Older, at the 2021 San Francisco World
Spirits Competition.

Blue Run 14 Year Old, is said to deliver notes including baking spices and Anaheim pepper on the nose. Followed by notes of buttery French toast cooked in a pan of fried breakfast sausages, white pepper, Rainier cherries and caramel on the palate.
In addition to the new release, which will be available from
a select number of retailers in the US, there will be a limited number of
special “Reserve” bottles available exclusively online from bluerunspirits.com. The Reserve bottling, is said to have more pronounced flavours.
