This latest release from the Tasmania based distillery, is said to deliver notes of gingerbread, grapefruit zest, cinnamon, honey, antique furniture, cherry cola and black liquorice on the nose. Followed by notes of baked orchard fruits, menthol, tobacco, leather, almonds and white pepper on the palate.

Commenting on the launch, Heather Tillott, Head Distiller at Sullivans Cove, said: "This incredibly special whisky makes for a fantastic tasting journey from all perspectives, with an Odyssean length of palate to boot. But the real stand-out characteristic is the depth and complexity of that length. Far from being a one trick pony, this whisky is as powerful as a stallion, yet with all the grace of a ballet dancer."

Sullivans Cove Old & Rare French Oak 18 Year Old Single Tawny Cask: #HH0600, is now available directly from the Sullivans Cove online store, for a RRP of $1250.00 AUS.
