This latest release from the Tasmania based distillery, is said to deliver notes of baking rye bread with walnuts, a woodworking shed, coconut, cocoa, honey, beeswax and orange cake on the nose. Followed by honey, canned peaches in syrup, spice, almonds, oat biscuits and briny coastal notes on the palate.

Commenting on the launch, Heather Tillott, Production Manager, said: "This whisky is quietly confident, like a gentle leader. The characteristic citrus-honey Sullivans Cove note is strong with this one, and the bees have been busy here, too."

Sullivans Cove Double Cask DC102, is now available directly from the Sullivans Cove online store, for a RRP of $220.00 AUS.
