Loch Lomond Whiskies, has announced the launch of two new
limited-edition expressions, to mark The 150th Open, which will be played on
the historic links of The Old Course, St Andrews, in July.
Loch Lomond The Open Course Edition 2022 (48.2% ABV) is a 22
Year Old single malt Scotch whisky, which was initially matured in American oak
casks before being finished in Haut-Médoc Claret Barriques for 36 months.

Loch Lomond The Open Special Edition 2022 (46% ABV) is a non-age-stated single malt Scotch whisky, which was initially matured in American oak casks and finished in Bordeaux Red Wine Barriques. It was crafted in partnership with legendary golfer Colin Montgomerie, who worked closely with Master Blender Michael Hendry to create a whisky worthy of The Open’s historic anniversary.
Commenting on the launch, Andrew Jack, Head of Whisky

particularly in the lead up to Father’s Day in June.”

Open Special Edition 2022, are now available from Loch Lomond’s website, for
the respective RRP’s of £225.00 and £45.00.
