Both of the new expressions have made with Trinity Well water from Lambay Island and finished in French oak Cognac casks from the cellars of Camus.
Lambay Irish
Whiskey, is a collaboration between Camus, the world’s leading family-owned
Cognac producer, and the Baring Family’s Revelstoke Trust. The new whiskey brand
is said to combine centuries old Irish whiskey distilling expertise with
equally renowned French cognac blending and maturing expertise.
Commenting

with Tortuga Brands and the Lambay Whiskey range will be a great addition to
their craft portfolio and dually give us the right level of focus in a very
competitive and dynamic market.“
