The Tomatin Distillery, has today announced the launch of
two new Creation bottlings, from its Cù Bòcan, single malt whisky range.
The two new releases are comprised of Cù Bòcan Creation #3 (46%
ABV) matured in Moroccan Cabernet Sauvignon and North American Rye casks, and Cù
Bòcan Creation #4 (46% ABV) which has been matured in a combination of Tawny
Port and Cognac casks.

Cù Bòcan, which is renowned for exploring innovative maturations, is distilled every winter at Tomatin Distillery in limited batches, and made with lightly peated Scottish barley. Its Creation series is said to push the boundaries of Scotch whisky with experimentation, whilst still paying homage to its protective heritage.
Cù Bòcan Creation #3, is said to deliver notes of rose
water, strawberry, black fig, exotic spice, citrus and tropical fruits. Cù
Bòcan Creation #4, is said to deliver notes of plum jam, grilled peach, stewed
forest fruit, cinnamon and sweet campfire smoke.
Commenting on the launch, Graham Nicolson, Sales Director at Tomatin,

to our customers. We’re excited for all that 2022 has in store for Cù Bòcan and
looking forward to opening up the world of lightly peated whisky, whilst
continuing to explore unusual and intriguing finishes.”
Limited to 4,200 bottles each, Cù Bòcan Creation #3 and Cù
Bòcan Creation #4, will be available later this month from specialist retailers,
for a RRP of £60.00.
