The Edinburgh based boutique spirits company Wemyss Malts,
has today announced the launch of six new limited-edition single cask Scotch
whiskies.
As per Wemyss previous single cask releases, these latest
bottlings have been named after and inspired by their unique aromas and
flavours.

In addition to their flavour led names, each label is colour coded to match the flavour category it falls under ; Sweet, Spicy, Smoky, Rich, Light and Oily.
The six new Wemyss single casks are comprised of:
Bananas and Cream (Strathclyde Distillery) 16 Year Old (46% ABV) Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2021. Limited to 246 bottles.
Clove Studded Oranges (Glenrothes Distillery) 25 Year Old (48.8% ABV) Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2021. Limited to 187 bottles.
Jam on Toast (Blair Athol Distillery) 30 Year Old (50.6% ABV) Distilled
in 1991 and bottled in 2021. Limited to 226 bottles.
Kiwi and Chilli (Glenrothes Distillery) 25 Year Old (55.2% ABV) Distilled in 1996. Limited to 282 bottles.
Sweet Disposition (Glen Keith Distillery) 25 Year Old (56.3% ABV) Distilled in 1996.
Limited to 492 bottles.
Ultimate Apple Pie (Glen Moray Distillery) 25 Year Old (46% ABV) Distilled in 1996
and bottled in 2021. Limited to 245 bottles.
Commenting on the news, William Wemyss, Founder and Managing

show stopping 30 year old Blair Athol named “Jam on Toast” we truly have
something to please all whisky fans.”
This latest batch of Wemyss single casks, will be available later
