The Edinburgh based boutique spirits company Wemyss Malts, has today announced the launch of a new limited-edition 28 Year Old, Islay single malt Scotch whisky.
Wemyss Malts Untold Riches (49.1% ABV) which was distilled at
the Bunnahabhain distillery, was matured in a combination of 31 different
hogsheads and Sherry butt casks.

Wemyss Malts Untold Riches, is said to deliver notes of cracked leather, dusty books, antique wood, dark fruits, maraschino cherries and orange oil on the nose. Followed by notes of demerara coated walnuts, pecans, plums, dates, banana bread and sticky toffee pudding sauce on the palate.
