The Kentucky based Limestone Branch Distillery, has announced the launch of its annual limited-edition Bourbon release.
Yellowstone Bourbon 2024 Limited Edition (50.5% ABV) which is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon, comprised of seven and seventeen year old whiskeys, which were finished in French Brandy and Cognac casks, was created by Master Distiller Stephen Beam.

For this latest release, Stephen Beam sought out spirits to complement the natural flavours in the Bourbon. Finishing it in Brandy and Cognac casks from France, is said to have introduced nuances from different spectrums of distilled grapes within the same style of spirit.
Yellowstone Bourbon 2024 Limited Edition, delivers notes of pear,
panela sugar, ripe apple and leather on the nose. Followed by notes of American
basswood honey, ripe stone fruits, citrus, caramel and vanilla on the palate.
Commenting on the launch, Stephen Beam, said: "The 2024
expression of Yellowstone Limited Edition represents my natural progression of
experimenting with special finishes over the years. Now, finished bourbons have
become sought after by fans who want to push the flavour profile. I love
experimenting and exploring new opportunities, and using a double finish with
brandy and cognac casks created a more complex and nuanced bourbon, opening a
whole new experience for consumers to enjoy."
Yellowstone Bourbon 2024 Limited Edition, will be available in
limited quantities from specialist retailers in the US from September, for a
RRP of $99.99.
