The Aberdeenshire based spirits specialist Duncan Taylor, has today announced the launch of the
first two releases in its new limited-edition Rarest Reserve series.
Rarest Reserve Macallan 52 Year Old (41.4% ABV) and Rarest
Reserve 33 Year Old (50.2% ABV) are cask strength single malt Scotch whiskies,
which come in 100ml bottles housed in gold bar style packaging.

Duncan Taylor Rarest Reserve Macallan 52 Year Old, was distilled in 1969 and initially matured in a American Oak ex-Bourbon barrel, before being transferred into first fill ex-Oloroso Sherry cask.
Duncan Taylor Rarest Reserve Macallan 33 Year Old, was
distilled in 1991 and initially matured in a American Oak ex-Bourbon barrel,
before being transferred into first fill ex-Oloroso Sherry cask.
The launch of the new series has been timed to celebrate Macallan’s
200th anniversary. Earlier this month Duncan Taylor presented HM King Charles
III and HM Queen Camilla with a dram of the 52 Year Old Macallan at an event at
Edinburgh Castle.
Commenting on the launch, Shawn Smith CEO of Duncan Taylor,
said: “We continue to launch whiskies from our vaults that go as far back as
the 1960s. We are very proud of the unique packaging that was created for these
rare drams and know that fans of The Macallan may want the opportunity to taste
these incredible malts or treasure them and keep as collector pieces.”

RRP’s of £7,850 and £630.
