The Luxco owned Ross & Squibb Distillery, has announced
the launch of its latest Remus Repeal Reserve Series bottling.
Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII (50% ABV) is a straight
bourbon whiskey, comprised of five whiskeys aged between 9-16 years old; 6%
2007 Bourbon (21% Rye), 26% 2013 Bourbon (21% Rye), 26% 2013 Bourbon (36% Rye),
21% 2014 Bourbon (21% Rye) and 21% 2014 Bourbon (36% Rye).
Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII |
This seventh-annual offering of the distillery’s award-winning Remus Repeal Reserve Bourbon collection, was created by Master Distiller Ian Stirsman and his team of Master Distillers and Master Blenders.
This latest release from the Lawrenceburg, Indiana-based
distillery, is said to deliver notes of caramelized pecans, candied cherry and
maple syrup on the nose. Followed by notes of caramel, maple, raisin, candied
cherry, barrel char and rich cinnamon on the palate.
Commenting on the launch, Ian Stirsman, said: “We believe we

Distillery. The Remus Repeal Reserve series allows our team the opportunity to
showcase these great spirits, as well as showcase our expertise at blending our
best barrels to create a special medley each year. As the latest in this

much-enjoyed member of the Remus Repeal Reserve family.”
Limited in quantities, Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII, will
be available next month from specialist retailers, for a RRP of £149.00.
