Banyuls, which comes from the South West of France and is made using the same “mutage” technique as Port wine, is crisp and fruity with notes of coffee and chocolate, and is said to pair perfectly with Cotswolds Distillery’s rich and fruity distillate.

Cotswolds Distillery’s Hearts & Crafts collection. This annual series
celebrates the Arts & Crafts movement which flourished in the Cotswolds and
stood for the importance of traditional craftsmanship - the same values upon
which the rural distillery was built.

notes of dried grapes, citrus, vanilla and chocolate.
Limited to 1,510 Bottles, Cotswolds Hearts and Crafts
Banyuls Cask, is now available exclusively from the distillery shop and website,
