The Kentucky based Heaven Hill Distillery, has today announced
the launch of a new limited-edition Heritage Collection bottling.
Heaven Hill Heritage Collection – 2023 Edition (57.5% ABV)
is a 20 Year Old Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey, produced using a mashbill of 80%
corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye.

This latest annual limited-edition release, which features some of the distillery’s oldest inventory of aging whiskey, is made up entirely of 110 barrels produced in October 2002.
Along with the distillery’s Parker’s Heritage Collection,
the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is said to be a testament to Heaven Hill’s
patience and ultra-aging techniques, offering a glimpse into the long-term plan
across their American whiskey stock and commitment to quality, craft and
innovation.
Commenting on the launch, Conor O’ Driscoll, Master
Distiller, said: “The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection reflects the true
craftsmanship, patience and consistency which are hallmarks of Heaven Hill’s
whiskey making traditions. The ability to offer consumers an ultra-aged corn
whiskey product is a true testament to the forward-thinking innovation the

Heaven Hill Heritage Collection – 2023 Edition, will be
available next month from select specialist retailers in the US, for a RRP of
$289.99.
