This latest release from the Speyside based distillery, which was selected by the Tamdhu Dedication Society, is said to deliver notes of warm vanilla, stewed apples, treacle glaze, liquorice and sherry on the nose. Followed by notes of spiced fruit loaf, plum jam and dark chocolate on the palate.

Commenting on the launch, Sandy McIntyre, Tamdhu Distillery Manager, said: “For our 125th anniversary, it was imperative that we consulted our most devout fans to bottle a single cask that celebrates Tamdhu’s rich history, and toasts to its exciting future. The result, after much deliberation, is this Dedication Society bottling. As a whisky, it embodies all that is good about our distillation style and our dedication to full sherry maturation.”

Limited to 640 bottles, Tamdhu Dedication Society Single Cask 2003, is now available directly from the distillery, for a RRP of £349.00.
