DUNVILLE'S LAUNCHES NEW BLENDED IRISH WHISKEY

Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, has announced the launch of a new blended bottling, as part of its core range.

Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey (40% ABV) is a blend of Irish malt, grain and pot still whiskeys, which have been matured in American oak barrels.

The name 1808, pays homage to the year Dunville’s was founded, before going on to become one of the world’s most famous whiskey brands.

This latest release from the brand produced at the Echlinville Distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland, is said to deliver notes of vanilla, apples, pears, candied lemon peel and sweet spices.

Commenting on the news, Jarlath Watson from The Echlinville Distillery, said: “We revived Dunville’s Whiskey with a commitment to reintroduce this iconic Belfast brand to a new generation of whiskey drinkers. We have a strong reputation for producing excellent super and ultra-premium whiskeys which have helped establish Dunville’s as a go-to brand among whiskey connoisseurs.”

Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey, is now available from specialist retailers in Ireland and the US, for a RRP of €38.00.
