Heaven Hill Distillery, has announced the launch of a
limited-edition single barrel bourbon, as part of its 85th Anniversary celebrations.
Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary Single Barrel Bourbon (53.5%
ABV) is a 13 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, comprised of one American oak barrel
which was filled on December 13th 2006.

The barrel which honours the filling date of the first to be filled with bourbon at Heaven Hill in 1935, was matured on the second floor of Rickhouse G at Heaven Hill’s main Bardstown campus.

housed in a custom wooden box bearing two H’s on each side signifying the
Heaven Hill name. The bottle is secured in the box with magnetic closure and
sits in a blue satin-lined base. The distiller’s notes label features
hand-written bottle numbers, distiller tasting notes, and DSP-KY-1, denoting
the Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery.

Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary Single Barrel Bourbon, which is a one-time release, will be available later this month from the brands Bourbon Heritage Centre and selected retailers in Kentucky, for a RRP of $299.99.
