The Dingle Distillery, has announced the launch of its fourth single pot still Irish whiskey bottling.
Dingle Distillery Fourth Single Pot Still Release (46.5%
ABV) has been produced using whiskey from a combination of 25 ex bourbon and ex
Oloroso sherry casks.

Dingle Distillery Fourth Single Pot Still Release, is said to deliver notes of sticky toffee pudding, black forest gateau and butterscotch ice cream on the nose. Followed by notes of spice, figs, raisins, dark chocolate and nuts on the palate.
In addition to a 8,000 standard bottles of Dingle Distillery
Fourth Single Pot Still Release, there will also be 500 bottles released at
cask strength.
Commenting on the news, Graham Coull, Master Distiller at
Dingle Distillery, said: “It has been an absolute pleasure to play my part in
creating the latest whiskey release from the Dingle Distillery. Our Fourth
Single Pot Still Release combines fully matured ex bourbon and ex Oloroso
sherry casks to produce a whiskey which allows the uniqueness of the Pot Still
spirit and the quality of the wood to shine through.”
Dingle Distillery Fourth Single Pot Still Release, will be
available from November 5th, from dingledistillery.com, irishmalts.com, Celtic
Whiskey Shop and other specialist retailers across Ireland, for a RRP of at
€95.00.
