Bimber Founder’s Collection 2019 (57.8% ABV) is a single cask whisky, drawn from ex-bourbon cask, which was laid down to mature in 2016.

Bimber Founder’s Collection 2019, is the first of four bottlings, which will chart the growth of the distillery and the development of its single malt whisky. Each bottling will be drawn from one of the distillery’s oldest casks and bottled at cask strength.
Each of the four Founder’s Collection releases, which will be released up until 2022, will be limited to 200 bottles, and are available exclusively to members of Bimber’s ‘Founder's Club’.
Commenting on the launch, Darius Plazewski, Bimber Master Distiller, said: “We’ve been overjoyed and humbled by the reception that our inaugural single malt (The First) and our recently released Re-charred Oak Casks has received across the industry and particularly amongst whisky enthusiasts. Our Founder’s Club members share our passion for the highest quality, handcrafted whisky, and we’re delighted to now share this exceptional single cask release with them”.
The first bottling in the Bimber Founder’s Collection (£395.00 for all four bottles) is now available to its ‘Founder's Club’ members and those who still wish to join, via Bimber Founder's Club
