Dingle - Third Single Pot Still Whiskey, is said to deliver notes of redcurrant, desiccated coconut and baked toffee apple bursting with caramelised juicy raisins straight from the oven on the nose. Followed by notes of freeze-dried berries and chilli infused dark chocolate on the palate.

Limited to 3,400 bottles, Dingle - Third Single Pot Still Whiskey, is the first release to be overseen by its newly appointed Master Distiller Graham Coull (previously of Glen Moray), who took over the role last month.

Commenting on the news, Elliot Hughes, Partner at The Dingle Distillery, said: "At Dingle, we're passionate about showing how we are growing as a distillery, from the acorn that was when we first opened in 2012, to the award-winning distillery that we are now. We're very proud to announce our third pot still release as it shows the journey we have been on as a distillery over the last 7 years and hopefully gives an idea of how we will always maintain our ethos as an independent, artisan distillery as we continue to grow for the years to come."

Dingle - Third Single Pot Still Whiskey, will initially launch this weekend at Whisky Live Dublin (November 22nd -23rd), before being available from specialist retailers from November 25th, for a RRP of €90.00.
