The Irishman Vintage Cask 2019 Edition (54% ABV) is a blend of single pot still and single malt Irish whiskeys, which have been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.

The Irishman Vintage Cask 2019 Edition, which is limited to 2,346 bottles, is the 11th release in the series, which first launched in 2008.
This latest release, is said to deliver notes of cinnamon, clove and sweet vanilla blossom on the nose, followed by notes of milk chocolate, crème caramel, cracked black pepper and a medley of summer fruits on the palate.
Commenting on the launch, Bernard Walsh, Founder of Walsh Whiskey, said: “We are fortunate that our annual Vintage Cask releases are keenly pursued and are seen as collector’s items so, with just 2,346 bottles across seven countries, they will prized-possessions for whomever secures one”.
The Irishman Vintage Cask 2019 Edition, will be available later this month from specialist retailers in the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands and the USA, for a RRP of €130.00. It will also be available in Travel Retail outlets at Dublin and Cork Airport.
