George Dickel Tabasco Barrel Finish (35% ABV) has been produced using non-age stated whiskey, which was aged for 30 days in the barrels which previously held and aged Tabasco peppers for three years. Tabasco sauce is then distilled to create an essence, which is blended together with the whisky.
