Chelsie Bailey from Red Light bar in Bristol, has been crowned the UK winner of the competition which saw over 100 entrants across the country being quizzed on everything from pouring and nosing, to stock take and tray service.

The Ultimate Bartender Championship, will now bring together all the global winners at this year’s Tales of the Cocktail - the world’s premiere cocktail festival.
Commenting on the news, Grant Neave, Monkey Shoulder Brand Ambassador, said: “There is no doubt that it was a hard-fought battle – but it is amazing to see Chelsie win for the UK and head off to Tales of the Cocktail this Summer – it’s going to be epic! UBC is intended to challenge the best bartenders across the UK, and the stiff competition this year proves that it is doing just that”.
Chelsie, along with other winners from around the world will enjoy an all-expenses paid trip to New Orleans, where they will have the opportunity to network with the industry’s most influential personalities and other Ultimate Bartender Championship winners from across the world.
