The acquisition includes all of High West's operations and its entire whisky portfolio, which includes their American Prairie Bourbon, Double Rye, Rendezvous Rye and Campfire expressions.

High West, which was founded in 2004, and was Utah's first legal distillery since 1870, has experienced double-digit volume growth year over year for the past three years, and currently sells over 70,000 cases of whisky annually.
Constellation Brands, is a leading international producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits, with operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and Italy.

Constellation Brands, has also announced that High West's existing team of employee’s will remain in their roles, to ensure continuity in the distinctive styles of their whiskeys.
