The Dalmore 30 Year Old (45% ABV – Limited to 888 bottles) is made from whisky that has been matured in hand-selected Matusalem oloroso and Amoroso oloroso sherry butts from the Gonzalez Byass bodega for 30 years.

Created by Dalmore’s Master Distiller Richard Paterson, the two new releases are said to be exemplary showpieces and examples of The Dalmore house style.

Commenting on the launch, Richard Paterson, said: “From watching over the new make spirit as it slumbered in its casks, to selecting the perfect assemblage of fine aged stocks and indulgent woods to finesse our whisky in, both The Dalmore 21 and The Dalmore 30 are whiskies that I have spent many years perfecting. The results are exceptional; the liquids are rich, complex, and synonymous with The Dalmore - they are truly magnificent.”

The Dalmore 21 Year Old, will be available globally from specialist retailers from September 18th for a RRP of £350. The Dalmore 30 Year Old, will be available in October from selected specialist retailers for a RRP of £1,500.
