JOHNNIE WALKER LAUNCHES NEW LIMITED EDITION BOTTLES FOR ITS 200TH ANNIVERSARY

Diageo, has today announced the launch of three new limited-edition Johnnie Walker Red Label, Black Label and Gold Label bottles, to help celebrate the brands 200th anniversary.

The block-colour bottles are said to be a bold reimagining of its classic glass bottle, with each variant named after its iconic slanted label, now replaced by a opaque wrap.

The new designs radically reimagine the brand’s ‘Keep Walking’ mantra, celebrating the boundary-pushing spirit that has been at the heart of the brand since its founder John Walker first opened the doors to a small grocery store in Kilmarnock, Scotland 200 years ago. 

Commenting on the news, Ali Reynolds, Johnnie Walker’s GB Brand Ambassador, said: “These limited-edition bottles give a bold new look to our most iconic whiskies and perfectly celebrate Johnnie Walker’s depth of character as we celebrate this incredible 200-year milestone. The new limited-edition Johnnie Walker bottlings; Red Label, Black Label and Gold Label, will be available later this month from selected retailers, for the respective RRP’s of £23.99, £30.49 and £48.49.
