Courvoisier Avant-Garde Series Bourbon Cask Edition (40% ABV) is a spirit drink, which has been produced using the brands award-winning VSOP cognac, and finished in Kentucky bourbon casks.

This first release from the new Avant-Garde Series, which was created by Courvoisier's Master Blender Patrice Pinet and Master Distiller Benoît DeSutter, is said to deliver notes of vanilla, honey and sweet marmalade on the nose, followed by notes of smoky leather and sweet orange on the palate.
Commenting on the news, Stephanie Kang, Senior Marketing Director for Courvoisier, said: "We're thrilled to release Avant-Garde Bourbon Cask Edition, a first-of-its-kind expression for the House of Courvoisier. With the help of our local artisans and winegrowers in our hometown of Jarnac, we were able to develop an innovation that is sure to appeal to cognac and bourbon drinkers alike."
Courvoisier Avant-Garde Series Bourbon Cask Edition, will be available later this month in the US, for a RRP of $39.99 -750ml.
