This latest release from the Tasmania based distillery, is said to deliver notes of toffee apple, brown sugar, buttery shortbread, orange marmalade and tropical fruit. Followed by notes of berry pie, caramel fudge, orchard fruits and oaky spice on the palate.

Commenting on the launch, Heather Tillott, Head Distiller, said: "This whisky is super mellow and easy to drink, but incredibly interesting and complex at the same time. We've used smaller portions of a wide range of casks for this batch, giving us a broader colour palate to work with and really upping the level of complexity."

Sullivans Cove Double Cask DC104, is now available directly from the Sullivans Cove online store, for a RRP $220 AUD. Limited to one bottle per customer.
