IRISH WHITETAIL DISTILLERY TO LAUNCH CROWDFUND CAMPAIGN

Irish Whitetail Distillery, has today announced that it is looking to raise over €75,000 via crowdfunding, to help establish its operation within the Cooley Peninsula of Ireland, and to help meet new market demand for its whiskey.

The company launched their inaugural expression at Whiskey Live Dublin 2018; 12 Point Rogue Buck Irish Single Malt (40% ABV) finished with African mahogany, using their proprietary char finishing technology.

Irish Whitetail Distillery, which was founded by husband and wife team of Nickolas and Violetta Boyle, will launch its campaign on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo, on January 14th.

The couple has been looking to find a suitable location near their home in Omeath, Co. Louth to establish their operation.

Commenting on the news, Nickolas Boyle, said: “When we moved here shortly after our daughter was born, we just fell in love with its beauty and the people. The area offers the perfect balance of seclusion and tourism for our operation to thrive. We love it here and want to make our future here.”

As part of the campaign, the company is offering individuals the chance to be first in line for products through their voucher and Founders Club programmes. Individuals can also choose branded merchandise options or party packages to take part in growing the new Irish whiskey brand.
