The range which also includes The Lakes Gin and The Lakes Vodka, will initially be stocked in 18 Asda stores across Cumbria and Lancashire.

The Lakes Distillery listing, comes as Yorkshire based Asda is aiming to lead the way in supporting local distilleries and brewers, as the demand for artisan spirits amongst consumers continues across the United Kingdom.

Earlier this month The Lakes Distillery, announced the launch of a new limited edition, Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask finish of The ONE Whisky.
