TOMINTOUL LAUNCHES NEW NO AGE STATEMENT SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Angus Dundee Distillers has announced the launch of a new no age statement single malt whisky from its Speyside whisky brand, Tomintoul.

Tomintoul Tlàth (40% ABV) has been produced using a hand selected collection of whiskies matured in American oak bourbon barrels.

This latest release from Tomintoul, takes its name ‘Tlàth’ from the Gaelic meaning for ‘gentle, mellow’. This description mirrors the term “the gentle dram” which is used on all Tomintoul distillery bottlings.

Commenting on the news, Duncan Baldwin, Marketing Director at Angus Dundee Distillers, said: “After experimenting with different cask types and flavour styles we have produced a very exciting whisky. The result is this superb release of Tomintoul, “Tlàth.”

Tomintoul Tlàth, will be available later this month from specialist retailers for a RRP of £30.00.
