Kilchoman Sanaig (46% ABV) which takes its name from a rocky inlet North West of the distillery, has a predominantly sherry cask influence owing to the significant time spent in Oloroso sherry casks.
This latest release from the Islay distillery that first begun production in 2005, will be continuously available as part of the Kilchoman core range, alongside their mostly bourbon cask influenced Machir Bay bottling.
Commenting on the release, Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder and Managing Director, said: “Sanaig represents another significant step forward for Kilchoman, it is important to be able to offer customers consistently available releases, until now Machir Bay has been performing that leading role, Sanaig will now share the spotlight.”
Kilchoman Sanaig is now available directly from the distillery for £52.50 It will also be available from specialist retailers later this month.
